✅ Vancouver services remain operational under our COVID-19 protocols

Unfortunately with the announcement of the Ontario wide state of emergency and the stay-at-home order April 8th, 2021 our business is required to stay closed.

We are still available for information, estimates and correspondence via phone and email.

This is very disappointing as we were finally getting caught up for projects since the last lockdown which ended early March.  We certainly hope the covid-19 situation improves and we will be permitted to hit the road again soon.  Although extremely difficult for our business, we are happy to do our part to protect the health of our clients, our employees and fellow Canadians!
Given the uncertainty of the current situation we will be booking appointments, in priority sequence, when we have a date that we are able to resume work (when provincial guidelines allow us to re-open). We are eager and ready to get back to working with you soon under our covid-19 operating protocols.

We have greatly appreciated your support and patience over the past 13 months and are looking forward to great things to come later this year.

New COVID-19 safe operating procedures:

  1. Staff will be monitored daily for any symptoms associated with the virus (such as: fever, cough, shortness of breath) and not be working if symptoms arise

  2. Any our our staff who to their knowledge have come in contact with someone who has, or believes they may have, COVID-19 will not be working for a minimum of 14 days

  3. All staff will be required to follow appropriate hand washing/sanitizing procedures regularly throughout the day

  4. All tools will be wiped with a sanitizing solution at the beginning and end of each installation

  5. All staff will maintain physical distancing whenever possible

  6. All staff will be required to wear face covering/masks throughout all installations

  7. We will disinfect surfaces touched after the use of the washroom

  8. Customers are required to complete our client questionnaire 24 hours prior to their appointment

  9. All customers will be required to wear a face covering while our installers onsite

Our first objective is the safety of our customers and our staff. We thank you for your cooperation and business during this difficult time.
